Success story

Barham Vet Clinic

Local Vets with Community at its Heart: Barham Vet Clinic

Barham Vet Clinic is a practice built on a lifelong love of animals and a commitment to rural care. Founded by veterinarians Kate and Tim, the clinic opened in late 2025 after they realised their dream of owning a practice and continuing to serve the Barham community.

Caring for small animals, the team provides surgery, preventative care, ultrasounds, x-rays, blood testing and veterinary services. The clinic also helps improve access for rural pet owners through Kate’s monthly visits to Moulamein. Can you guess the most popular pet name at Barham Vet Clinic? It’s not Max… it’s not Charlie… it’s Bella!

For Kate, the most rewarding part of the work is supporting pets and their owners throughout every stage of life, from first vaccinations to end-of-life care.

With a welcoming team and strong community connections Barham Vet Clinic combines professional care with the personal understanding that comes from living, working and raising a family within the Barham community it serves today.

“We really do love animals, and that's why we're doing the job”. Kate Craig, Barham Vet Clinic
